Terms of Service

LUXE LA Head Spa is operated by Blessed By Iman, LLC, located in Huntington Park, CA.

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied to your service total at your visit.
• Cancellations: to reschedule without losing your deposit, please give at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment. Reschedules within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be required to pre-pay 100% of service total for future bookings.
• Grace period: we hold your appointment for 10 minutes past start time. After that, the appointment is treated as a no-show.
• Paying in full: you may pay for the whole visit when you book instead of leaving a balance. If you then cancel, we refund what you paid less the $50 deposit, and that $50 is credited toward your next visit rather than lost. The 48-hour notice above still applies to the deposit portion.
• Appointment length: the time shown when you book is the time we hold. Some hair needs longer — density, length past the shoulder, heavy product buildup, a style that has been in longer than planned, or arriving undetangled. If your hair needs materially more time than the booking allows, we will tell you before we start, not after.

Most services take the studio for the whole day, because it can only be set up and broken down once. Shorter services — a Signature 45 or 60, makeup, a wash and blow dry — can share a day with each other. The booking page only offers you times that are genuinely available, so if a day shows as taken, it is.

On a day that is already part booked, remaining times may be offered to members as a request rather than a booking. A request holds the time and takes no payment; it becomes an appointment only once Iman confirms it, and we will tell you either way.

A scalp reading is a wellness and cosmetic tool. It is NOT a medical device, not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed dermatologist, trichologist or physician, and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If something in a reading looks worth a medical opinion, we will say so and you should see a doctor.

Readings are taken two ways. In the studio, Iman may look at your scalp under a digital microscope during your visit. Separately, when it is open, you may upload a photo yourself through the Scalp Scan on this site.

Either way we ask first. When you book you choose whether readings may be kept on your profile or only looked at with you on the day, and you can change that at any visit. See our Privacy Policy for how photographs are handled and how long they are kept.

All services are performed by appropriately licensed California professionals (cosmetologist, barber, or hairstylist as required for each service).

You agree to disclose any scalp conditions, allergies, recent chemical treatments, or medications that may affect service safety. We may decline service for safety reasons.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

On visits and orders over $200 you may be offered Klarna or Affirm to split the payment. Those are agreements between you and the provider — their terms, their decision, and their fees if you miss a payment. We are paid in full either way and it changes nothing about your appointment.

The Circle is free and earned on points, at a point per dollar spent. Points unlock one-time gifts — a free add-on, a discounted visit — on a card that repeats as your points build. The tiers (Member, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are standing and perks, not money off. Points are never deducted, so claiming a gift never costs you anything you have earned. Gifts are applied by us at your appointment, one per visit unless we say otherwise. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and we may change the gifts or the tiers with notice on the member page.

Memberships are separate from the Circle and are billed monthly by Stripe until cancelled.

• Each tier includes one visit per month from the services listed for it. The month follows your billing date, not the calendar.
• Unused months do not roll over. One included visit a month means one that month.
• Anything beyond the included visit is charged at the member discount shown on your tier.
• You can cancel at any time from your profile. Cancelling stops the next payment; the membership runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund part-months.
• We may change the price or what a tier includes with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Services involve hands-on treatments. By booking, you assume the ordinary risks associated with scalp and hair services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

If we ask to feature you (testimonial, before/after, social), we'll get separate written permission first.

California law governs. Disputes resolve in Los Angeles County courts.
