Terms of Service

LUXE LA Head Spa is operated by Blessed By Iman, LLC, located in Downey, CA.

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied to your service total at your visit.
• Cancellations: to reschedule without losing your deposit, please give at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment. Reschedules within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows forfeit the deposit and may be required to pre-pay 100% of service total for future bookings.
• Grace period: we hold your appointment for 10 minutes past start time. After that, the appointment is treated as a no-show.

The Scalp Scan is a wellness and cosmetic recommendation tool. It is NOT a medical device, not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed dermatologist, trichologist, or physician, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use it at your own discretion. See our Privacy Policy for how scan photos are handled.

All services are performed by appropriately licensed California professionals (cosmetologist, barber, or hairstylist as required for each service).

You agree to disclose any scalp conditions, allergies, recent chemical treatments, or medications that may affect service safety. We may decline service for safety reasons.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Membership tiers (Member, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are governed by separate terms posted on the member page. Points have no cash value.

Services involve hands-on treatments. By booking, you assume the ordinary risks associated with scalp and hair services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

If we ask to feature you (testimonial, before/after, social), we'll get separate written permission first.

California law governs. Disputes resolve in Los Angeles County courts.
