Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your $50 deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your total service balance on the day of your visit.

Deposits are non-transferable. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Late Arrival Policy

We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to avoid impacting other clients, or reschedule your appointment entirely.

Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first visit so we can complete your hair consultation.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any scalp conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or recent chemical treatments before your service. This allows us to customize your treatment safely.

We reserve the right to decline service if a scalp or skin condition is present that could be aggravated by treatment or poses a risk to others.

Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please let us know before you leave so we can address it immediately.

We do not offer refunds on completed services, but we are committed to making every experience exceptional.

Children & Guests

To maintain a peaceful, relaxing environment for all clients, we ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service.

Photography & Social Media

We may photograph your results for use on our social media platforms. By booking with us, you consent to this unless you notify us otherwise before your service begins. We will always respect your preference.
